Returns & Exchanges Policy:
At 4Centuries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to assist you through the process. Please read the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items purchased at regular price can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt.
- Sale items, discounted items, or items purchased using a promotional code can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the date of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process:

- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the return shipping process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative, and include the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your desired exchange item when contacting our customer service team.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or provide alternative options.
Important Notes:
- Items returned in a non-saleable condition, damaged, or without their original packaging and tags may be refused for a refund or exchange.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- For online purchases, please note that refunds must be processed online, and it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
